Brigade Group soon to launch Brigade Insignia in Yelahanka eyeing on Rs.1100 crore profit

A prominent real estate player based in Bengaluru, Brigade Group announced in a statement about the launch of their new project, Brigade Insignia in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The plush luxury residential complex is having a revenue potential of Rs.1100 crore.

The residential complex constitutes six towers housing 379 units of 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments, spread across a 6-acre land parcel.

The managing director of Brigade Group, Pavitra Shankar said, "At Brigade, we are committed to creating extraordinary living experiences. Brigade Insignia is a perfect example of that, with its high-quality construction, design and architecture that conform to world class standards. Demand for residential projects is currently high, and the segment is witnessing steady growth.”

She also added that, the project is requisitely designed to fulfill the demand  of market and is part of their  11 million square feet expansion plan in the residential space and that would be ideal, both as an investment and for ownership.

The luxury apartments in this complex will be available at the price range between Rs.3 crore and Rs.9 crore. The project is expected to be completed in June 2029.

Previously, this month the company has also announced that, it has long pipeline of projects to launch close to 15 mn sq ft of residential, office, retail and hospitality space in Chennai for which it will invest close to over Rs.8,000 crore.

Chennai is the second largest reality market after their hometown Bengaluru. Commenting on this, Pavitra Shankar added that, Their aim is to double the growth in the city by expanding all four verticals of residential, commercial, retail and hospitality. They also have signed MoUs with the state government for four projects as part of their Global Investors Meet, approvals for which are in process.

Brigade group has expanded their business in various sectors like residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and education sectors. Brigade has completed 275-plus buildings comprising over 80 million sq ft of developed space across a diverse real estate portfolio.
