Brigade Group announces Rs. 4500 crore Investment for Hyderabad Township Project

The Brigade Gateway Residences, with a potential sales value of Rs. 3,300 crores, is set to become one of the city's tallest structures.

Brigade Group, a listed real estate developer with headquarters in Bengaluru, plans to invest nearly Rs. 4500 crores in the construction of a 10-acre mixed-use project in Hyderabad.

The project will include Brigade Gateway Residences, one of the tallest buildings in the city with about 600 upscale residences, in addition to a World Trade Center, a mall, and a hotel, the company announced on January 8.

The project is a 10-acre mixed-use development that is situated in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. The project will comprise Brigade Residences, a World Trade Center, an Intercontinental Hotel with more than 300 rooms, and Brigade's Orion Mall, a destination lifestyle center.

The Brigade Gateway Residences, spanning more than 2.4 million square feet, is expected to rank among Hyderabad's tallest structures. With a sales potential of Rs. 3,300 crores, it will comprise about 600 upscale apartments spread across 58 stories, offering 3, 4, and duplex 5-bedroom layouts.

A luxurious 50,000 square foot clubhouse will also be a feature of the 58-story residential skyscraper. Half of the total number of residential apartments will be sold by the company for between Rs. 4 crore and Rs. 12 crore each.

Reaching 212 meters in height, the commercial tower will have the World Trade Center on 22 floors, the InterContinental on 12 floors, the Orion Mall on the first seven floors, and two floors devoted to serviced apartments.
