Shahid Kapoor & his wife Mira Kapoor purchased an ocean view apartment in Mumbai’s elegant Worli region. The Bollywood star couple paid more than Rs. 60.41 crore for it, including the expense of stamp obligation.
According to Economic Times, The apartments is on the 24th floor of the Three Sixty West structure on Dr. Annie Besant Street. It is 6,176 square feet in size.
This is Shahid’s subsequent second buy in this area. Before this, Kapoor and his better half purchased a duplex apartment on the 42nd and 43rd floors of a similar tower for more than Rs. 58.57 crore in 2018.
Kapoor bought another apartment on the 24th floor from Chandak Realtors. As per ET, the real estate deal was finished on May 24. Chandak Realtors dealt with it. Kapoor paid Rs. 1.75 crore as stamp duty to enroll it. The apartment sale likewise accompanies three selective car parking spaces in the tower.
