Bollywood Star Akshay Kumar & his Wife sells Luxury Flat in Mumbai's Oberoi 360 West

According to paperwork obtained by IndexTap, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna sold their opulent residence in Mumbai's Oberoi 360 West development for Rs. 80 crore.

The 6830 square foot apartment (RERA carpet) has four parking spaces and is located on the 39th floor of the Oberoi 360 West project, a posh residential building in Worli. According to the paperwork filed on January 31, stamp duty payments were Rs. 4.80 crore.

According to IndexTap, the cost of the flat is Rs. 1.17 lakh per square foot.

Notable deals in the Oberoi 360 West project

Bollywood stars Shahid Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan, Radhakrishna Damani of D'Mart, Vadilal Bhai Shah, the promoter of Everest Masala Group, and Vratika Gupta, the creator of a popular decor brand, all own luxurious apartments with a view of the sea in Oberoi Realty's Three Sixty West project.

In May of this year, Shahid Kapoor and his spouse, Mira Kapoor, paid approximately Rs. 60 crore for a 5,395 square foot property in the Oberoi Three Sixty West development.

Previously known as IIFL Wealth & Asset Management, 360 One was founded and is led by Karan Bhagat, who also owns two units that he purchased for more than Rs. 170 crore. The owners of the Kiran Gems luxury building, which they purchased for Rs. 97.4 crore, have a 16,000 square foot apartment with a view of the sea.

According to data provided by CRE Matrix, from January 2024 to December 2024, the Oberoi 360 West project saw around 27 real estate transactions in the primary and secondary markets totaling more than Rs. 2291 crore.
