Bollywood Actor Dilip Kumar's Bungalow in Mumbai sells for Rs. 500 crores

A development agreement with Ashar Group was signed by Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar in March 2016, opening the door to this extravagant project.

The Mumbai-based real estate firm Ashar Group, which is transforming Dilip Kumar's bungalow in Bandra's trendy Pali Hill area into a luxurious project 'The Legend,' revealed on November 12 that it has achieved sales of $500 crore by concluding four transactions in the project.

Within 15 months of its launch, 'The Legend by Ashar' on Pali Hill, Bandra, has achieved a milestone, crossing Rs. 500 crores in sales.

The company said in a statement on December 12 that this achievement reflects the high demand for luxurious homes in one of Mumbai's most sought-after areas and sets a new benchmark for high-end real estate in the city.

The company plans to build 19 luxury apartments with a total revenue potential of Rs. 850 crores.

Out of the 19 units it intends to sell, four luxury apartments, including triplexes, will be sold by the firm. The company said that one of the four transactions has been registered, and the other three are expected to be registered in the next two months.

Apco Infratech Private Limited, a firm involved in the construction of infrastructure projects in the country, acquired the first residence. According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com, Apco Infra had purchased a sea-view triplex apartment worth Rs. 155 crores in Bandra's Pali Hill area of Mumbai in July 2024.
