Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan acquires the residential properties which is worth for nearly Rs.25 crore in Mulund West,Mumbai Mulund West is a highly residential hub which is known for its strategic connectivity to both the central and western part of Mumbai.
According to a real estate consultant, says that, ’Amitabh Bachchan and his son have acquired properties worth Rs.24.95 crore in Mulund West locality. Square Yards says that it has been reviewed the registration documents.It also says that, ‘’The newly purchased properties are located in Oberoi Realty’s premium residential project, Etrenia, that offers ready to move in 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments’’.
The recently acquired apartments by the Bachchan family extends for the total carpet area of 10,216 square feet,with ten apartments that has been purchased in total-eight having carpet area of 1,049 square feet each and two spanning area of 912 square feet per unit.Since 2020,the Bachchan family played a major role in the celebrity real estate market in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR),while making up more than a quarter of all celebrity transactions .They have collectively invested Rs.219 crore while acquiring an approximately 0.19 million of square feet property.
These properties are located in Oberoi Real Estate’s prestigious residential project. The Bachchan family has already paid the stamp of Rs.1.50 crore. Individually,Abhishek Bachchan bought six apartments for around Rs.14.77 crore ,while Amitabh Bachchan has purchased four apartments worth Rs.10.18 crore. Each apartment is designated with individual parking spaces.
