ASK Property Fund Invests Rs. 245 crore on Satya Group's Gurugram Housing Project

ASK Property Fund, the real estate division of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has committed Rs. 245 crore toward developing a residential project in Sector 104 along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.

Spanning approximately 1.2 million sq. ft. of saleable area, the project is expected to generate revenue of Rs. 1,600 crore over the next five years.

Bhavin Jain, Chief Investment Officer at ASK Property Fund, highlighted that the acquisition's entry point ensures a strong margin of safety, aligning well with the firm’s investment strategy.

The proposed development, covering 4.6 acres, will feature around 500 residential units catering to mid- and upper-mid-income buyers. The funds will be utilized for land acquisition and working capital requirements, reinforcing ASK Property Fund’s growing presence in Gurugram. “This investment further strengthens our footprint in the NCR region,” Jain added.

Manish Agarwal, Founder of Satya Group, emphasized the project’s potential, describing it as an attractive opportunity for both end-users and investors to be part of Gurugram’s rapidly developing micro-market along the Dwarka Expressway. Satya Group, a veteran real estate developer, has delivered over 10 million sq. ft. of commercial and residential projects across Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Punjab, and Madhya Pradesh over the past four decades.

With this investment, ASK Property Fund continues its strategic expansion in high-growth markets, focusing on projects that offer long-term value. The partnership aims to capitalize on the strong demand for premium housing in the region while ensuring quality development and investor confidence.
