Ashiana Housing hits huge Sales: 168 Homes sold for Rs.403 crore in Gurugram

A key real estate developer based in Delhi-NCR, Ashiana Housing has said that it has sold 168 housing units for Rs.403.49 crore in its kids-focused project in Gurugram.

In Phase 4 of the project Ashiana Amarah in Sector 93, Gurugram, the company has booked 168 of 280 units with a sale value of Rs. 403.49 crore. The all out saleable region for Stage 4 covers 4.95 lakhs square feet and incorporates premium 3 BHK units, the organization said.

The project Ashiana Amarah is spread across an area of 22 sections of land centers around kids' requirements, it said in a press release. 

 

Kid-driven projects are housing buildings where requirements of youngsters are given need.

Other than Ashiana Amarah, the organization's other youngster driven living activities are situated in Ashiana Town in Bhiwadi and Ashiana Umang in Jaipur.

Ashiana Housing Ltd, laid out in 1979, has a presence across 9 urban communities in India. It has developed and conveyed north of 23 million square feet up to this point.

According to the most recent JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc.) report, the housing market in Delhi NCR experienced a surge in the first half of 2024. Gurugram accounted for 55% of the new launches, followed by Noida with 35%.
