Alkem Lab Promoter Seema Singh buys Rs. 185 crore Luxury Apartment in Mumbai's Worli

Seema Singh, the spouse of Alkem Laboratories promoter Mritunjay Kumar Singh, has acquired a posh apartment in Mumbai's Lodha Sea Face.

Seema Singh, the wife of Alkem Laboratories promoter Mritunjay Kumar Singh, paid Rs. 185 crores for a luxury apartment in Mumbai's Worli neighborhood, per property registration records that IndexTap was able to access.

The documents state that the apartment, which is 14,866 square feet in size, is part of the Lodha Sea Face project, which is currently under development. Lodha Group, a listed real estate developer, is the developer of the project.

According to the documents, the opulent apartment has nine podium parking spaces and is located on the thirty-first floor. On December 11, 2024, the transaction was registered at a rate of Rs. 1.24 lakh per square foot.

The offer date of possession is December 31, 2027, with an 18-month grace period extension, per the documents. Singh has already paid Rs. 46.50 crore for the opulent apartment; the remaining sum will be paid over time in installments.

The documents also show that a registration fee of Rs. 30,000 and stamp duty of Rs. 9.25 crore were paid for the purchase of the apartment.
