Actor Kushal Tandon acquires a luxurious property in Alibaug worth Rs.2 crore

Following Amitabh Bachchan and Kriti Sanon, model and actor Kushal Tandon has acquired a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug, a popular second-home location near Mumbai. He purchased the land within The House of Abhinandan Lodha's Sol de Alibaug project for Rs.2 crore, according to the company.

Kushal Tandon is an Indian model and actor recognized for his roles as Virat Singh Vadhera in 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' and Arjun Sharma in 'Beyhadh'. He has also appeared on 'Nach Baliye', 'Bigg Boss', and Khatron Ke Khiladi. As of 2023, this information is detailed on Wikipedia.

Previously, Amitabh Bachchan purchased a 10,000 sq ft plot in the same Alibaug project for Rs,10 crore. Additionally, he acquired a land parcel from HoABL in Ayodhya, within their The Sarayu project, a 7-star mixed-use development in the temple town. Real estate sources reported that the Ayodhya plot, also around 10,000 sq ft, was valued at Rs.14.5 crore.

Kriti Sanon has also acquired a 2,000 sq ft plot in the same project. Alibaug, located just an hour from South Mumbai, has become a favored spot for Bollywood celebrities to invest in second homes. It is renowned as a retreat for numerous Bollywood stars, sports figures, industrialists, and high-net-worth individuals.

HoABL mentioned,"The newly opened Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) has improved connectivity to Alibaug."

Government efforts to boost infrastructure—such as expanded roads, upgraded transportation facilities, and a new airport—have enhanced accessibility and stimulated real estate development. These upgrades have increased the demand for luxury second homes, driving up property values and establishing Alibaug as a key residential destination for the future.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a prominent land developer, is transforming land ownership with its innovative New Generation Land concept. HoABL is currently developing over 700 acres of land. Among its more than 6,000 customers, 17% are NRIs from 20 countries, mainly the USA, UAE, and Singapore, while the remaining 83% are from 150 towns across India.
