Abhishek Bachchan's Realty deals of 12 Flats hits Rs. 30 crore in 2024

Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan, whose movie "I Want to Talk" came out on November 22, has made headlines lately for his real estate holdings. According to property registration data, he has spent over ₹30 crore this year on 12 apartments in Mumbai.

The Eternia project by Oberoi Realty offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments that are ready for occupancy. According to the paperwork, the 10 flats (purchased by a father and son) are 10,216 square feet in size and have 20 parking spots. 

 

According to the paperwork, two flats span 912 square feet each, and eight apartments have a carpet area of 1049 square feet apiece.

According to property registration documents obtained by Zapkey.com, Abhishek Bachchan paid ₹15.42 crore for six units in the Oberoi Sky City project of Oberoi Realty in the Borivali neighborhood of Mumbai in May 2024. According to the paperwork, the Bollywood star paid ₹31,498 per square foot for a total of 4,894 square feet of RERA carpet.

The high-rise structure along the Western Express Highway (WEH) in Borivali East has six flats on the 57th floor. According to the documents, these were registered on May 28, 2024, and they have ten parking spaces. According to the paperwork, two of the six flats are 252 square feet, two are dispersed over an area of around 1,100 square feet (carpet), and the other two are 1094 square feet.
