Abhinandan Lodha aims for Rs.1,800 crore Investment to develop Plotted projects

As part of its expansion strategy, the House of Abhinandan Lodha will spend Rs.1,800 crore this year on land acquisition and project construction.

Nearly ten plotted development projects covering 650 acres in Maharashtra, Goa, and Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh have already been launched by the Mumbai-based company.

Construction will receive 550 crore rupees, while land acquisition will receive the remaining amount through internal accruals. The company has chosen 48 cities across India to take advantage of ongoing or upcoming infrastructure projects & tourist traffic.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha will likewise launched lodging plots in Amritsar, Varanasi and Shimla.

The real estate company has launched more than 6,000 plots in the last three years, and it plans to launch more than 2,000 plots by the end of this year to take advantage of the demand for housing plots. In Maharashtra, its initial development spanned 100 acres at Dapoli.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is a new age real estate developer in India working with a mission to democratize the land buying in the country. The developer brings land and making it easy for people to own, secure, liquid and many others.

Recently, Kriti Sanon, a well-known Bollywood actress, invests for the first time in The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) by purchasing 2000 square feet of land in their high-end Alibaug project, Sol de Alibaug. Her speculation supports HoABL’s situation as the go-to location for first class land ventures, as it keeps on rethinking extravagance living and select land possession in India.

Found only 20 minutes from the Mandwa Breakwater and a simple hour long excursion from South Mumbai via ocean, the venture is settled in the beautiful town of Alibaug.
