As per the sources from the real estate sector, a bungalow sprawled over 900 sq yards in Sunder Nagar, a posh area of Delhi was acquired for nearly Rs.100 crores.
Regional real estate agents say, Sunil and Ravi Sachdev owned a property of 867 square yard in Sunder Nagar which was reported nearly 96 crore rupees in selling price.

As per the local property dealers, it is Sunder Nagar that attract best legal brains and the most successful business men in the country. They state that price of the bungalow on an average basis should be around 11 lakh on per square yard basis. The building is approximately 6000 to 7000 square feet large, which includes first and ground floor a barsati. It is worth noting that Sunder Nagar area has most bungalows built around half a century ago.
The brokers that deal within the Lutyens neighborhood state that the most commonly available bungalows are approximately 800 square yards. Such bungalows consist of a g Floor, 1st floor and a barsati on the 2nd floor that can be occupied as a one bedroom unit.
Recently, Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has recently sold out her Bungalow located in the Pali Hill area of Mumbai. According to the report of property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, the deal was locked at Rs.32 crore.
