Sunny Leone, a popular Bollywood actor stated that she desires to purchase a house rather than renting a home. Purchasing a property is a significant investment that supports to secure one’s future of the family, Leone stated at the launch of World Villa, a key project by prominent real estate developer Arihant Superstructures based in Mumbai.
During the panel discussion, Leone said, "You only rent when you're saving to buy a house, but yes every home is different and every family is different. What I have learnt being in India is that every family's dream is to own their own home and own their space”.
Further Leone emphasized, "One thing that matters is space - space to run around, to cycle, that green grass is something that I feel is missing”.
Sunny Leone was talking at the launch occasion named World Villas by Arihant Superstructures in Karjat nearby Mumbai which is a chosen second home destination.
On July 25, the company introduced a 76-acre project including 53 acres for Arihant Aorld Villas, 10 acres for Club 10 Gymkhana, 10 acres for a hotel and resort and one acre for an commercial mall outlet area.
"My dream home is something where everything is available around you. Your workplace, family time, community, and also a getaway nearby when I want to take a break from my work life," Leone noted.
She stated that she would wish to reside in Andheri in Mumbai next to Juhu. Curently Sunny Leone lives in Andheri.
Sunny Leone has become the first celebrity in India to come-up with her own Artificial intelligence Avatar and Leone discloses that she doesn’t consider at AI as a threat. Instead of that, she senses it is time to hold and cope-up with time.
